Default F1 Store Falsly Advertises/Possible Overall Fraud.

I ordered This Wallet: Mercedes GP Petronas Formula One Team Wallet
Some time ago from the F1 Store, It's based in the UK so took awhile to Arrive.
When it did i was well surprised to find some seemingly China-esk knockoff of the wallet displayed on the site.
I contacted support ofc and got these responses.

"Dear &#*$(@)@

The issue regarding the wallet has been investigated and the wallet that you have received has been confirmed as the correct wallet. As the picture on site is incorrect this has been passed to be amended as soon as possible.

Kind Regards"

I sent in the attached Pictures pointing out Kindly that in no way I would of bought the POS that arrived if correctly represented on the Website and posed Questions regarding the Accurate info of other products. eg, If you ordered the £15.000.000 Lewis Hamilton Helmet and got a Cheap Plastic Lookalike that isn't usable or safe and got this last response.

"We receive item information and images before we receive the item from the manufacturers and are under the assurance of the manufacturer that what is received is the same as the item information.

We fully understand your frustrations and apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused in this event."

Fellas this is just a kind warning to Fellow F1 Fans as we have no way of knowing what other POS the F1 Store is peddling off while actively Advertising Falsely a Much better Product on the website.

I know this is Just a £15 Wallet But it's your Money None the less, It's Sad and Pathetic When Companies do things like this just to make a quick Buck.

You have a case for False advertising and the Trading Standards would take your case.
